He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Patricia Cairnes Rowan; his children, Jacquelyn Aller (Brady) and Brandon Rowan (Priscilla); his grandchildren, Jack, Harrison and Hadley; and his siblings, James Rowan III and Robert Rowan.
