With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wallace Eugene Howarter of Santa Maria, California, born in Gilson, Illinois, who passed away on August 30, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewell Howarter and Wilbur Howarter; his wife Joan Rose Howarter; his brother Harold Lloyd Howarter; and his son Nathan Deane Howarter.
He is survived by: his stepson Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI); his son David; his daughter-in-law Debbie; his grandchildren, Christina, Jonathan, Alyssa and Amy; his sister Darlene Johnson of Galesburg, Illinois.; and his friend Wally.
