Browne; his son Jeffrey; his daughter-in-law Michelle; his grandchildren, Meagan Elizabeth and Zackrey Robert; his stepgrandsons, Joseph and Adrian; his brother Franklin Onstine; and his sister-in-law Sharon. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
