It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vera Rodriguez Bowers (Santa Maria, California), who passed away on August 19, 2020, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Petra Cardenas Rodriguez and Urbano Rodriguez; her husband Ben Bowers; and her siblings, Urbano Rodriguez, Alfonso Rodriguez, Horatio Rodriguez, Rudy Rodriguez, Catalina Rodriguez and Herminia Della Bitta.

She is survived by: her daughters, Bremerhaven, Germany and Alice Patino (John); her grandsons, John Patino (Santa Maria) and Dominic Patino (Bakersfield); her daughter Diana Corrigan (Jack); her grandchildren, John Corrigan of Napa, CA and Hilary Pieper of Napa, CA; and her sister Edna Draper (Santa Maria). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson, several nieces and nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to the Marian Regional Center Foundation in memory of Vera Rodriguez Bowers.
