She was predeceased by: her father Clyde Hernandez; her stepmother Jennie Hernandez; and her mother Victoria Olias. She is survived by: her daughter Talia; her husband David Vallejo; her son-in-law Aldo Alvarado; her grandson Karim "Kimo" Kchik; and her siblings, Francis Lopez (Manuel), Phyllis Lopez (Romiro), Martha Lane (Davie), Clyde Hernandez (Pauline), Esteban Hernandez (Roslin) and Phillip Hernandez (Anne). She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces; and longtime friends.
