He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Robert, Sr. and Georgina Elenor Jacka (Huelsman). He is survived by: his wife Mary Solorio Jacka (Airman) of Santa Maria, CA; his brothers, Kenneth Robert Jacka, Jr. (Char), Thomas Jacka (Sharon) and Richard Jacka (Jan); his siblings-in-law, Carol Mendoza of Santa Maria, Gabby Solorio (Carole) of Salinas, John Solorio (Carmen) of Santa Maria and Albert Solorio (Chris) of San Bernardino; and his daughters, Elizabeth Turner (Freddie) of Stockton, CA, Cathy Riloquio (David) of Santa Maria, CA, Sandra Hamilton (John) of Mesa, AZ, Rhonda Clark (Mike) of Santa Maria and Kristine Blackmon (Joe) of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by Nine grandchildren, Nine great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Ronald H Jacka Memorial Firefighter Scholarship Fund, via gofundme or through the Allan Hancock College Foundation Office.
