He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Garvin and Mildred Garvin; his siblings, Edwin Garvin (Bud) and Mary Tonjes; his son Curtis Garvin; and his stepdaughter Kirsten Downing.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Garvin (Susie); his sons, Drake (family: Sally, Jack, Kara) and Mark (Jane) of North Augusta, SC; his adoptive son Eric; his sons, Eric and Ryan (Carolyn); and his sister Sharon Dever.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Dudley Hoffman Mortuary (1003 E Stowell Rd, Santa Maria, CA 93454).
