He is survived by: his wife Dolly; his daughter Jacqueline; his grandchildren, David Kirsten, Kristina, Bryant, Ashten and Justen; and his sisters, Amy Gee, Jennifer Anderson and Rebecca Van Horn. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
