He is survived by: his wife Bertha Diaz (Reyes); his children, Maricela Camacho, Sandy Drake, Rafael Diaz Jr, Nellie Diaz Mora and His; and his grandchildren, Tony, Jesse, Shaila, Marco, Luis, Jonathan, Lexi, Payton, Andrew, Alex, Nico, Vanessa, Rafita, Isabella and Anabella. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
