It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Naomi Delouise Smith of Santa Maria, California, who passed away on July 9, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Gwynn and Effie Gwynn; her siblings, Ruth, Twins, George, Annie, Fadonia, Addie, Drew, Evelyn Brown of Ruffin, Jennie Jackson of Washington, D. C. and Ruby Bradley of Bowie; and her husband Lamar Smith. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
