She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thirza Marie West Hibbard and James Frank Hibbard; her husband Frank Apalategui; her children, Lee Alan Apalategui, Sally Jean Apalategui (Payne) and Edward Frank Apalategui; her grandchildren, Matthew West Apalategui, Jason Alan Apalategui, Jeffrey Dale Payne and Alison Lindsey Payne (Bartsch); her sister Marie Goodchild (Frank); her daughter Sally Payne; her grandson Charles "Robb" Bennett; her brother Bill Hibbard; her son Ed; and her great grandchildren, Tristan Apalategui, Jackson Payne, Joseph Payne, Parker Bartsch, Landon Bartsch and Jillian Payne. She was also cherished by her grandparents, parents and husband.
