She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobbie Gene Maxwell and Jessie Maxine Maxwell. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Rosa of Santa Maria, CA and Amanda Rodriguez; her son-in-law Eric Rodriguez of Santa Maria, CA; her grandsons, Connor and Brandon Rodriguez of Santa Maria, CA; and her siblings, Roger Maxwell (Donna Rivers) of Carson City, NV and Malia Jenae Maxwell of Santa Maria, CA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
