He was predeceased by: his daughter Rosanne Rivera; his parents, Byron Westbrook and Charlotte Westbrook; and his brothers, Luis and Thomas Westbrook.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Westbrook (Lisa); his children, Tony Rivera of Fairfield, CA, Michael Rivera (Janice) of Casa Grande, AZ, Dr. Richard Westbrook (Cindi), BJ Westbrook (Teresa) of Oceano, CA, Lisa Rivera of New Mexico, Diane Rivera of San Diego, CA, Pamela Gilmour (Steven) and Laudeen Lathrop (Bill); and his granddaughter Melannie. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
