He is survived by: his wife Stephanie; his father Fred Ontiveros; his children, Joseph Ontiveros, Matthew Ontiveros and Vanessa Ontiveros (Tiv); his granddaughters, Marcella and Evelyn Ek; his siblings, Isabel, Angelina Ontiveros, Theresa Estorga (Lawrence), Mario, Freddie and Thomas Ontiveros (Letty); and his godchildren, Thomas Ontiveros Jr., Brianna Ontiveros, Savannah Bautista and Jorge Fernandez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
