He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Vigil; and his children, Jose Jr., Jesse (Maria), Maria Williams (Benny), Norma Garcia (Javier), Nilda Owens (Dave), Edna Delfin (Joe) and Marisela Herrera. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren, as well as his sisters and a brother.
