He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie (Roger Silva), Carol (Mike Kendrick) and Cindy (Will Roland); his wife Carol Simas; his grandchildren, Nick Kendrick (Jenny), Brandon Kendrick (Kelsey), Shawn Silva, Christopher Roland and Emily Roland Luth (John); his great grandchildren, Carter Kendrick, Caylin Kendrick, Ryleigh Kendrick, Brynn Kendrick, Harper Kendrick, Scotty Silva and Dustin Silva; and his caregivers, Tiffany, Yolanda, Juana, Luanne and Mia.
