He was predeceased by: his close friend Stan Brown; his brother Jim O'Keefe; his parents, Patrick O'Keefe and Dena O'Keefe; and his siblings, Bill, Dean, Marilyn McComish and Patricia Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Evie O'Keefe (Kley); his son Jeff Morris (Shelley); his grandchildren, Nicole and Dylan; his child Dana O'Keefe Whitted (Garth Whitted); his grandchildren, Delaney Whitted Nordquist (Peter) and Lindsey Whitted Valencia (Alex); his children, Erik O'Keefe (Lori) and Keefe; his grandchildren, Natalie and Kaia; his son Sean O'Keefe (Eva); and his grandchildren, Jack and Sofia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
