She is survived by: her siblings, Ray Addington, Roberta Mansfield and Judy Lindly of San Diego; her daughters, Charlene Chabot (Dan) of Los Alamos and Diane Fowler (Dave) of Eugene, Oregon.; her grandchildren, Denise Mullinax, Darin Chabot and Nicole Fowler Garlisch; and her great grandchildren, Garrett Mullinax, Macon Mullinax, Reagan Mullinax, Bella Chabot, Annabelle Garlisch and Austin Garlisch.
