He is survived by: his parents, Lenora Franco and Jason Paul Ontiveros Sr.; his grandparents, Ruben Franco, Robert Sr. and Lydia Ontiveros; his siblings, Chrystal VanNostrand, Bryanna Ontiveros, Jordan Maycotte, Yvonne Zepeda, Kimberly, Cienna and Pairis Ontiveros; his stepmother Louisa Rodriguez; his pet Levi Ontiveros; and also, Alynna and Adalia Cardenas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, brother in-laws, cousins, uncles, aunts, friends.
