She was predeceased by: her parents, Naomi Simmons Platt Boyd and Thomas Francis Gladwell Boyd. She is survived by: her husband Gary Martin Green Sr.; her son Allen D. Ketz (Lind K. Silva); her stepchildren, Gary Green Jr., San Luis Obispo, Michael Green of Pleasanton and Jonathan Green of Plano, Texas.; her grandchildren, Shannon Navarro, Kimberley Donald, Shelby Silva and Daniel Silva; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Sydney, Braden, Bodie, Chloe and Amelia; and her sister Phyllis Boyd Madonna. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Janet's name to Mission Hope Cancer Center in Santa Maria, at 1325 E. Church Street, Santa Maria, Ca 93454.
