He is survived by: his wife Betty Arlene Hester; his son Joe Hester (Juanita Gray Dyer); his granddaughter Jaquelyn of Santa Maria; his daughter Gina Hester (Scott Mendenhall); his stepgrandsons, Scott Mendenhall and Dylan Mendenhall of Bella Vista; his son Jimmy Hester; his grandson Colin Hester; his stepgranddaughter Kelli Burchard of Santa Maria; his grandsons, Danny Hester and Nathan Hester; and his sister-in-law Connie Hester (Austin).
