He is survived by: his children, Tony Rubalcaba (Oliva) of Santa Maria, CA, Guadalupe Rubalcava of Santa Maria, CA, Francisco Rubalcaba (Dolly) of Madera, CA and Veronica Quintana of Oxnard, CA; and his sisters, Asuncion Ortega of Los Angeles, CA, Esther Robles of Santa Juana, Jalpa and Zacatecas. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, and numerous nieces and nephews.
