She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Witman and Fern Witman; her sons, Joseph Adam and Scott David; and her sister Nancy.
She is survived by: her husband David Edward Flamm; her children, Bernard Philip Flamm (Lori), James Edward Flamm (Staci), Joan Maureen Bellamy (Flamm) of Lancaster, Cynthia Diane Giorgi (Randy) of Santa Maria and Nancy Eileen Falls (Jason) of Kings Mountain, NC; and her sister Sandra Lee Blank Heere (Jerry) of Reinholds. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 18 great- grandchildren along with many nephews and nieces.
