He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Machado Kelly; and his parents, Fabian Lopez and Concha Lopez. He is survived by: his siblings, Albert Lopez (Debbie) of San Jose and Lisa Rossi (Steven) of Palm Springs; his daughters, Melissa Lopez of Grants Pass and Melanie Lopez of Santa Maria; his niece Rachel Hertz (Mark) of Bend; his nephew Brooks Lopez (Erica) of Morgan Hill; and his pet Bojangles (Bogey). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, one great-grandchild and five great nieces and nephews.
In memory of Frank's life, donations can be made to the Santa Barbara Humane Society or Dignity Health Hospice Services.
