She was predeceased by: her husband Juan Baysa; her parents, Eufemiano Ramilo and Flora Ramilo; and her siblings, Patricia Soto, Amante Ramilo, Joseph Ramilo, Manuel Ramilo, Getulio Ramilo and Amado Ramilo.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Bryanna and Carissa; her siblings, Vicenta Crandall, Leonarda Boone, Ron Ramilo and Martina Ramilo; her close friend Jerry Sesto (Filipino); her daughter Joannette Baysa Fong; her son-in-law Don Fong; her grandson Julian Arroyo; and her great grandchild Ysabella Fong Arroyo. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions in Francisca's honor be made to the American Heart Association.
