He was predeceased by: his son Net; his brother Joe; and his son-in-law Chuck Miller. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Sadie Rey Veglia (Miller), Maddie Jo Miller, Caitlyn Martinez, Noah Martinez and Charlotte Baldiviez; his wife Josie; his daughters, Angelina Miller and Dr. Carolyn Baldiviez; his children-in-law, Vincent Martinez and Lisa Horst Baldiviez; his grandchild Richie; and his siblings, Hermie, Alice and Ralph. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to the veteran's organization of your choice, St. Joseph High School, or Santa Maria High School.
