It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ruth Belgen (Santa Maria, California), who passed away on June 8, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John. She is survived by: her daughter Susan; her son-in-law David; her grandchildren, Thyler, Ryan, Amanda and Sister Nancy; her brother-in-law Fred; her cousins, Joyce and Sally; her friends, Sharon, Cindy and Julie; and her pet Romi. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
