He was predeceased by: his father J. Trinidad Hernandez. He is survived by: his mother Oliva Reyes Figueroa; his wife Teresa Cruz; his sons, Carlos Hernandez and Ivan D. Hernandez; and his siblings, Ofelia Hernandez Reyes, Gloria Hernandez Reyes, Eva, Jesus, Santiago Hernandez Reyes and Luis Ubaldo Ojeda Reyes.
