We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2018, at the age of 61, Thomas Frank Chaffin (Santa Cruz, California), born in Boston, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parent Sarah Chaffin; his wife Gail Pellerin; his children, Emily and Jacob; his father Daniel; and his sibling David. He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has kindly requested that donations be made to the Second Harvest Food Bank in Santa Cruz or Santa Clara counties.
