He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Page and Maria Page. He is survived by: his wife Linda Page of Santa Cruz; his daughters, Aimee Page of Santa Fe and Nichola Wolfson of Boston; his grandchildren, Amelia and Coleman Wolfson; and his sisters, Mary Ann Page Moyer and Scyntia Bower.
