He is survived by: his sibling Jane; his child Erik; his mother Lillian Phelps Coulson; his sisters, Julie Tzendzalian and Liz Fuller; his wife Kathy; his daughter-in-law Erik Phelps; his daughter Rebecca Adams; his son-in-law Josh Adams; and also, Erin Phelps, Owen, Summer and Samantha.
