He was predeceased by: his mother Leilani. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Nicole, Laura and Jason; his great grandchildren, Leilani, Ivan and Emmali; and his sister Danielle of Southern California.

Donations can be made in his name to Hospice of Santa Cruz County.
