He is survived by: his wife Lynetta Fambrini (Williamson) of Santa Cruz; his children, Mallory Jordan (Fambrini) of Seattle, Jolene Bartlett (Con) of Santa Cruz and John Fambrini Jr. of Santa Cruz; his parents, Raymond Fambrini and Zelma Fambrini of Santa Cruz; and his brothers, Steve Fambrini and Brian Fambrini of Santa Cruz. He is also survived by five grandchildren.

In Lieu of flowers the family is asking to make donations to Hospice Living Angels on behalf of the Fambrini Family.
