He was predeceased by: his wife Laurie Simon Goldstein. He is survived by: his children, Jodi Goldstein of Campbell, Peter Goldstein, Gabriel of Santa Cruz and Marni; his son-in-law Brian Zweig of Potomac, MD; his grandchildren, Nathan and Jillian; and his brother Melvin Goldstein of Canada. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
The family requests that donations be made in Jerry's memory to The Parkinson's Institute and Clinical Center (https: //http://www.parkinsonsinstitute.org) or to Temple Beth El Jewish Community .
