He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Taylor Franks and Marguerite Hildagarde Franks (Gump); his wife Marianne Franks (Egle); his children, Annemary Franks (Lorie), James Franks (Rebecca), Elizabeth Holmgren (Chris), Joseph Franks (Layla) and Emily Witschi (Laurence); his grandchildren, Maggie, Julia (Jax Franks), Joseph, Sydney (Arden Franks), Zachary (Nathaniel Holmgren), Logan (Austin Franks) and Ava (Naomi Witschi); his brother-in-law Douglas Boehner; and his brothers, Donald, Harry Wagner and Jimmy Dellamonica. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
