It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Rodrigues Mendez (Santa Cruz, California), born in Lemoore, California, who passed away on March 9, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Victoria Rose Mendez; and his brother Jesse. He is survived by: his son DJ (David Jason); his grandchildren, Kiley Mendez (Santino), Taylor Mendez-Eastridge (Marlin), Hunter Mendez, Colton Mendez, Layla Rose and Julieanne Voltz; his great grandchildren, Gage, Malia Mendez, Maverick and Mitchell Brugioni; and his siblings, Santos Mendez (Trini), Gabino Mendez (Angie), Frank Mendez, John Mendez (Julie), Ramiro "Mido" Mendez and Irene Plowman (Tom). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
