He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Frank; his wife Nadine Marie Fambrini-Scargill of Santa Cruz; his sister Mary Nichols; his brother-in-law Gilbert Nichols of Santa Cruz; his granddaughter Christina Delgado of Santa Cruz; his children, Raymond Scargill (Tish), Jeffery Scargill (Cheryl), Elaine Scargill-Hamilton (Chris) and Catherine Scargill-Bruce (Jacob); his grandchildren, Lindsey, Jennifer, Kaleena (Jarred), Marco (Bobbi), John, Graeme (Jessica), Jordan, Sean, Zoey, Becca and April; and his great grandchildren, Trajan, Auden, Hamish, Autymn, Estrella, Questen, Zenen, Kingsten, Kali, Jade, Enzo, Kailaya, Kado and Abbi.
