He was predeceased by: his friend Howard Stoller; and his parents, Michael and Jeanne. He is survived by: his friend Mark Gallagher; his wife Sharon Polak; his cousin Patty Soeder; and also, Patty Deming, Pat Graham and Russell Lerner.
