He was predeceased by: his father Gary Wagner; his siblings, Joann Wagner and Gregg Wagner; and his grandparents, Jack, Marjorie Nicol, Albert, Anna Wagner, Mom and Kathy King Hughes.
He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Wagner; his sister Diana; his brother-in-law Rick Steineke; his stepmother Sheryl Wagner; his aunt Ann Wagner; his uncle Al Wagner; his great-uncle Willard "Bill" Roberts; his niece Jacquelyn Ibanez (Fernando); his children, Aria and Mateo; his niece Alexandra Wagner; his children, Lavinia and Corbin; his close friends, Donald Ward and John Cain; and his cousins, Jeff, Heidi, Christopher and Michael Wagner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Celebration of David's Life will be held later when the coronavirus pandemic allows for a gathering of his family and friends.
