He is survived by: his brother-in-law Clifford Hall Sr.; his nephew Brewery; his friend Diane Massaia; his children, Lorie Juhl (Chris Juhl), Elizabeth Crabtree (Alan Crabtree) and David Kievlan; his grandchildren, Brad Tuttle, Jeff Tuttle, Briana Juhl, Jessica Davis (Juhl), Eric Crabtree, Matthew Crabtree, Rebecca Crabtree and Madison Kievlan; his great grandchildren, Byerly and Karson Davis; and his siblings, Margret "Peggy" Alice Nulph and George "Gene" Eugene Kievlan.
