He is survived by: his parents, Ken Buller and Rosalee Buller (Penner) of Fresno, CA; his wife Terri Buller (Bolan) of Scotts Valley, CA; his daughters, Alyssa Rose and Hannah Nicole of Scotts Valley, CA; and his parents-in-law, Gloria Bolan and Dale Bolan of Portland, OR. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
