He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Dow and Carolyn Dow (Smith). He is survived by : his wife Margaret Dow; his sons, Rick Dow and Caleb Preston Dow; his grandson David Dow; his brother David Dow; and his niece Mary Dow. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
