He is survived by: his daughters, Therese Markham of Allen, TX and Valerie Borstein of Los Angeles, CA; his brother Jacques Maillet; his nieces, Joanne, Nancy, Carol and Sylvie; and his nephew Benoit. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren.
