It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ervin Donald Thuerk in Santa Clarita, California, born in Evanston, Illinois, who passed away on July 30, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; his daughter Kathie Chesnut; his siblings, Ray, Carl, Edna Fritz, Dorothy Lass, Sally Lubecke, Irene Miller, Adeline Bruss and Norma; and his parents, Charles Thuerk and Frieda Thuerk.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Douglas, Donna Norman (Bruce) and Scott (Daisy). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
