He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Erickson and Tillie Kenstrom Erickson; his son Keith Erickson; and his grandchildren, Brandy Ostler and Matthew Macy.

He is survived by: his brother Cal; his wife Jean Erickson; his children, Michael Halgren (Judy), John Erickson (Marchand), David Erickson (Robin) and Caleen Cox (Ed); and his brother Grant Erickson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
