He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gordon MacDonald and Dorothy Jean MacDonald; his daughters, Bonnie Zant of Santa Barbara, CA and Annie Weir of Long Beach, CA.; his sons-in-law, Brian Zant and Chris Weir; his grandchildren, Riley Zant, Brennan Zant, Lizzie Weir, Maggie Weir and Liam Weir; and his brothers, Scott A. MacDonald of Tigard, OR and Timothy G. MacDonald of La Crescenta, CA. He was also cherished by numerous cousins, and nieces and nephews.

Visitation and funeral mass will be held at St. Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Church on February 18, 2021 with burial service following at Eternal Valley Memorial Park, Newhall, for immediate and extended family only, due to COVID 19 restrictions. A celebration of our dear Brett's life will be planned for some time in Summer 2021 — post pandemic❣️.
