He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Dutee and Mary Grace White; his wife Wanda Lene Bowman; and his children, Susan Lynn Williams, Thomas Neal White (Julie White), Linda Ann White (Steve Delehoy), Brenda Jean White-Keller (Gordon Keller), Mary Beth White (Peter Brown) and Dean Edward White (Vita White).
