He is survived by: his parents, Adolph Mitchell and Pauline Mitchell; his sister Antoinette Mitchell Spann; his nephews, Kingston Spann and Kai Spann; his niece Marlie Spann; and his brother-in-law Terrance Spann. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
