It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ubaldo Rios Garza (Santa Clara, California), who passed away on January 11, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Angelica Garza; and his daughters, Nidia, Neomi (Mimi), Negda and Nelda. He is also survived by his wife, four daughters, nine grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
