She was predeceased by: her parents, Fay Quinby and Margaret Quinby. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Provancher; her brother Tom Quinby; and her children, Christopher (Cindy), Jeffery (Robin), Steven (Victoria) and Nicole Fowler (John). She is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
